jamespr's WebLog : Media Center PC

Well today I finally got my Media Center 2005 PC!! It is an HP model that is about the size of a standalone DVD player. I am so excited to get home and start playing with it!!

Looking around I have found tons of interesting stuff on the web about people who have "reworked" things on their MCE.

He also talks about working with iTunes... of course this is my preference as I have several iPods that must be considered, although they will be hooked up to a different computer still.

The illuminated continent

Neat article on Africa regarding Google Earth. Very cool information about some of the coolest animals anywhere. You need to have Google Earth installed to really appreciate it, you can get that here. Just download the free version unless you need it for business and then it may be worth the small cost.

My Top 25 iPod, part Deux

Well now that I have purchased myself a color iPod 60GB, iTunes has seen its way to mess up my top 25 playlist. So anyway, I have now updated the list and it is located in the same spot. It gets updated on a weekly basis so check it out if you wish. Lots of the same songs, some new ones to tempt and tease you with. Anyway, here is the link.
