Windows Live Safety Center

Pretty cool little utility I stumbled across that does everything via website "scan" Windows Live Safety.

It looks as though Microsoft is trying to rebrand many parts of windows former services in an attempt to bring them into line with each other. This is probably in an attempt to increase visibility before Vista comes out but who knows.
