TimeLeft - Countdown/Timer for PC

While looking to see how long it would take to upload a file on a new beta service that I was testing out, I stumbled across this site that has a program (FREE!!) that will countdown, countup, synch time, and provide reminders for you including play mp3's when your timer goes off!

Now I just need to find an MP3 of "Everybody's working for the weekend"!!
