IPRA Conference

Well sitting at the (IPRA Conference and things are going ok. Not much to do but I have posted a picture from the conference below so you can all see just how exciting it is :)

Gotta run back to the conference booth, just wanted to post the blog so that my records don't get stale!!

If I would have filled this out a year and a half ago, it would have been completely different. My life has changed dramatically over that time and you only have to look at my photos to figure out why. I grew up with little so I learned to appreciate everything, in that, I was able to understand what it was to be the one that was poor, picked on and made fun of. When I joined the Marine Corps, I decided that was no longer who I was and my life has never been the same since then. In 2007 my life changed forever again when my son was born and the focus of my life once again was altered. Since December 2007, I have never had a day when I did not count down the minutes till I could go home and see Michael and see what wonderful things Leslie and he did that day. What a miracle a child is and what joy they bring to your life. Looking at his face and seeing my own is such a blessing that I thought I would never get to enjoy, I am truly blessed!
