Still working on Expo tiling

I have been working on getting some tile replaced/repaired in our kitchen for almost a year now! We had someone come out to our home and take pictures for the Expo Design Center to replace some of the tiles that have fallen off the wall and others that the grout is so 'thin' that you can almost see the wall between the tiles.

Well after 9 1/2 months of Expo changing tile people, ordering then losing our tiles, managers hired & fired, we are back working with Steve (our very first expediter) and when I talked to him the first time, his response was "You mean this isn't done yet". That was yesterday and our tiles had just come in on Sunday, today he called me to tell me the installer should be contacting me today or tomorrow.

Needless to say, Steve was a little embarrassed that everything was not done yet since this was the last job he worked on before he changed from tile to carpet, but since he is the only one who has gotten anything done for me, I am not complaining about him in the least. Oh well, gotta run... I always seem to do these things at the end of the day -- oh well!
